Built in 1978, the Recreation Center holds a wood floor basketball court, two racquetball rooms, a game room consisting of two pool tables and one ping-pong table, foosball table, and two rooms and a kitchen for rental purposes.  Admittance into the Nederland Recreation Center requires a valid form of identification.  This includes: driver’s license, school ID, college ID, or a Nederland library card.  No one under the age of 12 will be granted admittance without adult supervision.

Racquetball reservations can be made by Nederland residents only.  Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance.  One reservation per day for one hour.  Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Nederland Residents - $2.00 per hour, per person
Non-Residents - $5.00 per hour, per person

The gym, game room, kitchen, and both classrooms (Van Gogh & Rembrandt) are available for rent.   The gym and the game room can only be rented after business hours.  The Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and kitchen can be rented during and after business hours.  Payment in full is due at the time of booking.  Functions exceeding 75 will require security and will incur additional charges.
