PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AMENDED AGENDA

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City of Nederland Planning and Zoning Commission, on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland Office Building, 1400 Boston Avenue, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
     
  2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
     
  3. ZONING PRELIMINARY REPORT

    Consider action approving the establishment of a proposed zoning designation for the area annexed by the City of Nederland on October 9, 2006 and adopting a preliminary report.

  4. PUBLIC HEARING

    Conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the proposed zoning classification for the area annexed by the City of Nederland on October 9, 2006.

  5. ZONING

    Consider action approving a recommendation for the proposed zoning classification for the area annexed by the City of Nederland on October 9, 2006.

  6. PUBLIC HEARING

    Conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the rezoning of the property described as Lot 11, Lot 12 Tracts 1-4; Lot 13 Tracts 2-9, Pleasant Home Addition and Lot 40, Lots 41-43 Tract 2; Lots 44-45 Tracts 1-3; Lots 46-48; Lots 52-55; Lot 56 Tracts 1&2; and Lots 57-67, Pleasant Home Replat Addition from Single Family Zoning to Multi Family Zoning.

  7. REZONING

    Consider action on the request to rezone the property described as Lot 11, Lot 12 Tracts 1-4; Lot 13 Tracts 2-9, Pleasant Home Addition and Lot 40, Lots 41-43 Tract 2; Lots 44-45 Tracts 1-3; Lots 46-48; Lots 52-55; Lot 56 Tracts 1&2; and Lots 57-67, Pleasant Home Replat Addition from Single Family Zoning to Multi Family Zoning.
