ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on Tuesday, March 22,
2005, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta, Nederland,
Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.
- CALL MEETING TO ORDER
- APPROVE MINUTES
- Consider action approving a variance for Nederland Avenue Apartments Ltd., owners of property
located at 2900 Nederland Avenue, described as 5.3 acres out of Lot A, Youmans Addition No. 2, for
- Building height of two of the apartment buildings to exceed the 35' requirement by 7'.
- Smallest one-bedroom apartments (573 square feet and 637 square feet including covered
patio/balcony) are under the 650 square feet requirement by 77 square feet and 13 square feet
- Consider action approving a variance for Josh Seymour, owner of property located at 1904
Franklin Avenue, described as Lots 11 and 12 of the West Side Addition, to encroach 16' into the
20' setback for a 6' privacy fence.
