PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman C. J. Schexnaider at the Nederland City Office Building, 1400 Boston Avenue, Nederland, Texas.

MINUTES
The minutes of the August 2, 2004 meeting were approved as written. All voted aye.
SUBDIVISION
George Newsom and Al Whaley presented a preliminary plat for the Poydras Subdivision, described as
part of Lots 29, 30 & 31, Block 1 of the Hillcrest Second Addition. A revised drawing was presented
eliminating the non-perpendicular lot lines and the less than 60 entrance to the subdivision. After a
full discussion a motion was made by Jack Porter and seconded by Mark Griffin to approve the
preliminary plat with the suggested changes. All voted aye.
COMMUNICATION
No report.
ADJOURN
There being no other business a motion was made by Jack Porter and seconded by Mark Griffin to adjourn
the meeting at 5:20 p.m. All voted aye.
