NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
    
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
    
3. VARIANCE

   Consider action approving a variance for Wesley Don Stukey, owner of the property located at 1611 Avenue G, described as Lot 8, Block 6, Woodcrest Addition, requesting a 3' variance to the 5' side building setback requirement to rebuild his carport which was destroyed by Hurricane Rita.
