ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. at the City of Nederland D. Bob Henson Office Building, 1903 Atlanta, Nederland, Texas for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
    
2. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
    
3. VARIANCE
   
   Consider action approving a variance for Ross Ewart, owner of the property located at 107 S. 2 1/2 Street, described as Lot 2, Block 2, Anderson Estates, requesting a 5' variance to the front and side yard requirements. Mr. Ewart's request is to reconstruct his carport in its location prior to Hurricane Rita.
