In accordance with the Public Information Act and the Open Meetings Act, all meetings of the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and all other boards and commissions are posted at City Hall at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. The City Council meetings are held at 3:00pm on the second Monday of each month, and at 6:00pm on the fourth Monday of each month in the Council chambers of City Hall, 1400 Boston Avenue. All boards and commission meetings are held as necessary. Special meetings may be held as called.
